It located along the coastline of south Donegal and makes the ideal venue for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A perfect place for a hillwalking or fishing (sea or river) holiday or could be a base for a touring holiday.

A 15 min walk to the local shop, cafe, bar, Inver village or beach.

The property is a 15 min drive from Donegal Town. In summer months the town square with its central pedestrian area and is a hive of activity. Guided historical tours of Donegal Town take place on a daily basis during the summer and the Waterbus takes you around Donegal Bay. The ruins of Donegal Abbey are open to the public. Donegal Town also has several first class hotels and restaurants. There is entertainment each night in the local pubs with music to suit all tastes.

Killybegs Irelands biggest fishing port, is a twenty minutes drive away. From Killybegs you can drive through Kilcar and Carrick to Glencolumkille to experience some of the most breathtaking scenery Donegal has to offer.

Bundoran is a 35 minute Drive and Sligo town is an hours drive
